I have used LifeLock for monitoring financial and media information for a number of years and overall have been very pleased with what they offer and the people I have spoken with on the phone. One area that is a problem is that some of our credit card and bank links get disconnected and it can be very awkward to get them back in sync. We go around with LifeLock saying it is a bank problem and then when we call the bank we are told it is a LifeLock issue. The frequency of this happening is more often lately. Read More Read Less

LIFEOCK is EXCELLENT in picking up issues and informing you of the issues BUT they LACK in followup comfort, aid & resolution when you call them about the very issue they informed you of. There used to be a tab on the LIFELOCK email alert screen in essence asking IS THIS YOU WHO MADE THIS APPLICATION /// OR IS THIS NOT YOU. So often you are forced to call LIFELOCK and thereafter you seem to be on your own to contact the bank or facility that the fraudulent application was made at in order to inform them yourself that the application was fraudulent and to shut down the fraud application. LIFELOCK COULD EXCEL if they took it a step further and took that initiative. Sometimes it is difficult to understand the LIFELOCK representatives who seem to be reading a script to you. They also remove the alert from your account so that if you refer back to it another Life lock rep will tell you they see nothing on your alerts...THATS BECAUSE THEY REMOVED IT. So I had to remind the LIFELOCK rep to look at archive alerts to refer to the specific alert. In my opinion LIFELOCK is getting too big to give proper followup customer service to followup with the investigation. I long for the day that I hear the following" Sir we have notified you with an alert of a fraudulent application with ----- bank / store/ etc we have spoken with you and you advised us that it was indeed fraudulent. We have contacted our contacts at that facility and alerted them to shut down the fraudulent application and to speak with you immediately to confirm " Read More Read Less

When I first purchased this service years ago, it was very straight forward and simple to use. Now, it is complex and sometimes difficult to navigate. Keep it simple stupid! Read More Read Less

Lifelock has wonderful identity protection. I haven't had any major issues since being a customer 6 years ago. The only issue I've always had is the pricing is a bit excessive. Read More Read Less

I received an alert that an account had suspicious activity. I called Lifelock to try to identify the account and the problem. I was placed on hold and stayed in the loop that all agents were busy finally after about 15 minutes I hung up. Luckily this did not turn out to be a problem which would have caused me to have to contact any of my accounts and close. It's nice to be made aware of a potential problem but it would be even better if you could talk to somebody to see if any action needs to be taken. I can be placed on hold with no results anywhere! Can't say much about LifeLock, other than it apparently works. Will go as far as to say that occasionally it "Overworks" in that it almost constantly notifies me of the most minuite details of my daily spending & banking transactions. Read More Read Less

Personal information on the dark web should be included in the price for premium membership. Also, one of my bank accounts repeatedly gets disconnected from Life Lock. Support personnel have been very helpful with other matters. Read More Read Less
