Nothing short of excellent. I signed on with LifeLock some time ago, after learning that some personal info was compromised and used fraudulantly. Nearly all those I contacted -- i.e., various institutions -- advised me to register with your service, with glowing reports for LifeLock.
Since registering with LifeLock, your customer service staff and emails have been spot-on, prompt and consistent in issuing warnings about other security breaches.

A+ for catching the group who somehow obtain my Debit card and was trying to sell it on the black market. You caught the activity and put a stop to it immediately and informed me of what took place.
I've now made it a practice to change my debit card two to three times annually, which I believe is a good practice.
