LifeLock has been a blessing. I continue to be impressed by the level of customer service. Someone stole my identity and was trying well still trying to open credit cards in my name. They also put my name on checks and someone elses account number. So it looks like I am stealing from this other identity theft vicitim. Lifelock has been so helpful helping me deal with all this nonsense.

A+ for catching the group who somehow obtain my Debit card and was trying to sell it on the black market. You caught the activity and put a stop to it immediately and informed me of what took place.
I've now made it a practice to change my debit card two to three times annually, which I believe is a good practice.

I balked at the amount I payed for our renewals UNTIL we separately got our identities stolen. Now it seems a bargain. My wife and I got hit a year apart and we would not have known until we were deep into bill collectors trying to collect fraudulent charges. Nothing short of excellent. I signed on with LifeLock some time ago, after learning that some personal info was compromised and used fraudulantly. Nearly all those I contacted -- i.e., various institutions -- advised me to register with your service, with glowing reports for LifeLock.
Since registering with LifeLock, your customer service staff and emails have been spot-on, prompt and consistent in issuing warnings about other security breaches.
