My ID has been stolen. I subscribed to life lock and other services. I was getting so many alearts I decided to compare how they were handled. Life lock was by far the best. With the others what happened was they told me the information, and that was it.No help at all, not even told phone numbers or anything, it was up to me to figure things out and to struggle to solve things.
With life lock, it was totally different, they called me, verified things, stayed on the phone with me, contacted the company, and verified that things were taken care of. With 1 phone call less than 5 min, fraudulent credit checks, cards, etc. we're canceled.
I had been a member for years never thought it would happen to me, but I am so glad to have life lock.

Knowing that Lifelock is watching over my identity has given me peace of mind and now I can say it is priceless. Recently my identity was compromised and thankfully, it did not get too far because of my Lifelock Ultimate Plus subscription. Lifelock immediately notified me, as they always do, about a credit inquiry and this time, it was not activity authorized by me. Within 24 hours Lifelock placed a conference call between the creditor, Lifelock and me and we successfully resolved that the account was fraudulently opened and the creditor closed the account. As a result of this recent fraudulent activity, Lifelock is still continuing to closely monitor my identity for additional fraud and will be in touch with me about further measures they will put in place to make sure my identity is secure. Without Lifelock Ultimate Plus, I would have never known about this breach to my identity and I would have never been able to resolve it as quickly without their assistance as intermediary. For this reason alone, I highly recommend Lifelock Ultimate Plus and find their services to be necessary and priceless.
