This dispute was my second in two months. Both representatives were extremely helpful & polite. Both of the disputes happened to be non-fraudulent activity which was a blessing but I know without any doubt that if either one was fraudulent activity, LifeLock would have taken care of it without hesitation. Earlier this tear, my identify was stolen and LifeLock was there to protect me. I was notified by Lifelock each time someone tried to open a new account. Lifelock investigated the situation and determined I was not the person trying to open the account. In total, someone tried to open 8 accounts. I am very glad I had Lifelock, otherwise I would have been put in a terrible situation.

When I heard from the IRS that I had filed my taxes on January 1 and was due a nice refund and that they were just letting me know that the refund would be along soon a sense of panic settled over me. After all when my identity was stolen two years ago all I had to deal with was a few charges that were taken care of and a continual denial that it was me trying to open those charges, But a tax return? Well Jennifer at LifeLock calmed me down and took me through the procedures and I came out the other end of the process intact and feeling very good. Love my LifeLock.
