My experience with identity theft was extremely violating, frightening, and frustrating. I never could have imagined the mess that an ID theft criminal can make of ones finances. The amount of time spent keeping records and trying to work through the paper work and rectifying the problems that resulted took immense amounts of time and I wouldn't have known where to start without the help of Life lock services and especially my resolution specialist Kelly Clarke! Life Lock recently alerted me that a credit card had been applied for in my name. They checked to see if it was me and when it wasn't they contacted the issuing bank and we got the credit card cancelled.
