I was alerted to a possible fraud charge regarding a credit check from an unknown credit union using my social security number. The alert came to me directly following the credit union's inquiry. I replied to Lifelock's alert with a simple click of a button which started an immediate investigation from Lifelock. It was revealed that the credit union listed on the alert also goes by a different name, one that I was working with on a financing option. Throughout this process, Lifelock gave me peace of mind that someone was there to ensure I wouldn't suffer from identity or credit fraud.
