I had an ID theft situation in Oct 2012. I struggled to handle it myself for a couple of months and wasted so much time, not to mention how overwhelmed I became with how to deal with everything. Then I called Lifelock and it has been a life saver! Seriously, if you ever an ID theft happen to you, it is a nightmare.....please get Lifelock before it happens! We now have all 5 family members on Lifelock.....college kids and highschool age. I don't worry about it anymore!

They walked me through what was needed and I gave the information that was requested. The only thing that is very important is to update your information when it changes...the service is only as good as the most up to date information you provide.

I was very happy Life Lock caught this activity of someone opening a credit card, that was not me. They did not just call once, they called twice, text twice, and emailed twice! I am a teacher & not able to answer calls quickly, but they kept trying until they reached me. I was relieved to get all the notifications! It saved me A LOT of headsches, I'm sure. Within 5 or 6 business days they contacted me again with the credit card company to resolve the whole issue
