I had to call Life lock regarding a alert on a account I had and they were awesome!! People in today's internet world I feel everyone should use this company. If you ever had your identity stolen or have had a charge to your credit card that was not by you then you should have this company. Even if you have not had that happen to you this is great security. They even send alerts for sex offenders in the area. If you have kids this is a awesome tool.

Life Lock sent me an alert that someone had applied for a credit card using my name and SSN.
I called Life Lock and she put in a call to the bank. With myself, Life Lock, and the bank on the phone together, we got the situation settled and the bank said they would put in a Fraud Alert to the credit bureau. Thanks to the Life Lock representative for her patience in coordinating with the bank and myself for a solution.
