You guys are the best. I got an alert on Monday indicating a Bank account was opened with my personal information. I was assisted by Shaleen, and Kendra who were very professional and helped me contact the Bank and closed down the fraudulent accounts. When filling out my application for LifeLock there was nothing to indicate that I would be charged for adding my wife to my application. Additionally, while I can understand handling the spouses separately IF they have different incomes, bank accounts, etc. that is not the case here. We share accounts. There should have been the option to combine or separate or membership.
The question below regarding length of membership needs a category for < 1 year.
