I have autopay for my LifeLock account. I was in contact with my financial institution in regards to canceling my current debit card because someone had tried to charge items on my card. I was concerned that I would not be able to receive my new card when my auto payment was due. I needed time to change my card information. LifeLock informed me that due to my upgrade to LifeLock Ultimate Plus I would have 30 days free and would have plenty of time to change my card information on-line. They were helpful and precise on all my questions and I just feel their expertise is important for my peace of mind in regards to all my personal information.

Recently, Lifelock alerted me of 4 fraudulent attempts to open accounts in my name. Fortunately, no funds were accessed by the people who illegally obtained my social security number and name.
It took a while for me to understand which Department handles what aspect of each fraud, but Lifelock Staff were very helpful in guiding me. They were also very effective in contacting the various banks, credit card companies and loan outfits involved. All frauds will be dealt with by Lifelock with one single packet of info I submit to them.
A great deal of paperwork, frustrating phone calls and useless worry will all be taken off my shoulders by the Lifelock people. This is worth every penny of my membership.

Someone tried to open a PayPal Credit Account using my information. LifeLock caught this activity and notified me by email. I then communicated with LifeLock on the phone. They even set up a conference call with PayPal Credit so I could talk to them directly. LifeLock then contacted all three credit bureaus, helped me get credit reports to review activity, contacted the Federal Trade Commission on my behalf and a host of other "little" things that needed to be done to protect my good credit. It all took a few days and the process was annoying, but the annoyance was better than a stolen identity.
