This is the second time I was with LifeLock. The first year I just forgot to renew. I have been back about two months. The notice was within 4 days of the credit check and the call to the company was two days later. The agent was courteous and helpful in expailning my rights and what to expect.. The call went exactly as described and we identicied the company that had made the credit check. The company in question had specifically stated the no check would be made. I am in the process of correcting that problem. I appreciate LifeLock "watching my back". Thank you!

Can't say much, except that it does what i need it to do. It notifies me of any possible fraudulent activity even if it's me that initiates it. I love the fact that i can feel secure about my finances and identity. I have not had to deal with any major issues (e.g. identity theft or fraud), but LifeLock gives me the piece of mind I need!

Lifelock's quick notification of an inquiry to my credit report was instrumental in identifying an unauthorized line of credit opened in my name. With their help I was able to immediately close the fraudulent account before the criminals had a chance to use it and do any damage.
