I received an alert from Lifelock by phone and email concerning a request for my credit record. Lifelock wanted to be sure it was me. I checked my Lifelock account and found it was a request from an auto dealer. Yes, it was for me since we bought a new car. (The alert came on the same day the dealer made the inquiry!) Lifelock did their job 100% and I'm glad that I have their service.
