The only thing that disappointed me was that your agents "thought" the inquire made in my name by Wells Fargo was for a MORTGAGE!! That is what caused great alarm and upset here at home! You should have more EXACT categories for your reps to work with and share with the member who is concerned about being a victim of fraud!! If your rep had said this was a credit check for "line of credit" instead of a NEW MORTGAGE I would've had my memory "jogged" and would've been able to tell your reps that it was "OK" before I had to call Wells Fargo myself, to clarify just why they had made a request to be given my credit status. Please consider broadening your "categories" so your reps can do a better job of divulging accurate information and help us to keep from spinning out in panic!!! Otherwise, the reps were wonderful!!
