I was notified by LifeLock that fraud had been attempted on my account using my SS#. They tracked it down and put me in touch with the fraud department of the bank, who was also very professional and helpful. We had a few conference calls and put alerts on my information with the credit reporting agencies. I would never have found out about this problem without LifeLock.
