Within a few weeks I had received an alert that someone had been opening up lines of credit under my identity. Lifelock notified me of the credit checks and gave me clear instructions on what to do. They said they would contact me and they did. The Lifelock specialist made all the phone calls and stayed on the phone until every fraudulent account was closed and addressed. It was a long process but she was there the whole way and everything was resolved. Not to sound like an advertisement but THANK GOD for Lifelock!
