I have been a member since October 2014 when my wallet was stolen. At that time I was not aware that the individual that stole me wallet was able to get my identity and opened credit cards in my name. Life lock took care of everything and gave me a list of how to protect myself in the future.

LifeLock was able to resolve a bank issue, the monthly withdrawal of my LifeLock payment, that even my bank could not figure out! My second call to the bank reflected what my Lifelock's account showed me. Finally, the bank representative gave me an explanation which was in accordance with what LifeLock had provided me.
