I had a little trouble loading the information that was crutial to my account online. When I emailed your CS I was able to get it straightened out.
Actually, I only have a few comments where improvement could be made.
I have faxed the Power of Attorney for my wife to handle my relationship with you. I was unable to get a confirmation that it was received other than to say it was not on the account and that we should wait a week.As we are going thru an emergency due to 6 applications for credit cards that a fraudulent...that was disappointing.
My wife has to stand next to me and answer questions that your agent asks because I am not dealing with this problem or deciding on our relationship with you.
Just recently you caught a mistake I made accidently.

Mum and I purchased LifeLock after I had my debit card details stolen. We had spoken about signing up for a while. We purchased Ultimate Plus because it covers everything. It's pricey, but when you consider the cost of recouping your identity or stolen money, it's well worth the investment. I check our LifeLock accounts daily. Wouldn't be without LifeLock. It's on the list of must-haves for your personal, online security.
Some notes:
LifeLock doesn't monitor all the different banks and credit unions and if you have more than 5 credit cards you're out of luck, as that's the limit they track. No problem for us, and a perfect excuse to dump all those extra cards!
I do wish they'd track things like visas and passports, since they track your SSN and Driver's Licence. Maybe they'll add that in (hint-hint!).
They monitor 214/7/365 and their support is excellent. I get alerts at all hours of the day and night, but it's easy to set the minimums for the alerts. I get into LifeLock via my iPad during the night and can easily address any alert that comes up.

Lifelock has been great. Overtime something comes up within at least 24 hours but sometimes longer but you always get the information. I have gotten calls from them and it has always been stuff for me. Also anytime you contact them via email or phone they are on top of things and will help you out.
