I had a recent fraudulent charge that posted to my bank debit card. I had inadvertently forgotten to complete a very important part of my profile, under the 'Protected Accounts' section, my bank account! I had received notice from my bank, thankfully that there was suspicious activity and I was able to get it reversed, while they investigate. In the meantime, I had contacted LifeLock and they responded very promptly. They alerted me to a credit check that happened, when I applied for my bank's credit card, (instead of my using the debit card for purchases), as I had that section of my LifeLock account thoroughly completed. My advice is to be certain that you have completed ALL of your information in ALL of the different sections, so that they can do their magic. I had listed my bank account under the 'bank account' section, but not under the 'Protected Accounts' section, which gives them access to monitor your transactions. So far, I'm very satisfied with the quick response and the alerts that I have received, now that my account has been completely set up! Read More Read Less
