I have nothing but praise for Lifelock Services. I have been fortunate enough not to have my identity stolen, but one thing I am sure of is that Lifelock will be there to protect. Whenever I have opened a new account they have been diligent in notifying me of much action and wanting to be sure it was actually me. They notify me of any sex offenders that may have moved into my area. I get a monthly credit rating. I have nothing but praise and satisfaction to claim.

Two years ago my wife and I traveled all over the U.S. This meant using our credit cards in several different places in the country. We also applied to open two new cards sponsored by different hotel chains for convenience. Each time we did that, LifeLock called me (and also e-mailed me) to ask if I was the one who applied for the cards. This was within a few hours after the application was submitted. That's great service making us feel safer.

Everything about the computer application and the service are exceptional. The advertising is not exaggerated at at all. The smart phone app no doubt would work equally well, but it won't accept the same password (which includes an asterisk) as the computer application.
