In today's cyber environment, not having an insurance policy to protect your identity such as LifeLock is foolish. I am a recent victim of Identity Theft and LifeLock swiftly moved into action, notified me, aligned the credit boroughs and had the situation well at hand within 2 days of the occurrence.

so far my experience with life lmy experience with lifelock has been excellent there alerts are fast and right on their customer service is fantastic and very professional and friendly when I first signed my wife and I up my wife was unsure of keeping LifeLock for the money we were paying after the service that my wife has received she is very glad to have LifeLock I recommend life luck to everyone I know LifeLock is a great company

I had a little trouble loading the information that was crutial to my account online. When I emailed your CS I was able to get it straightened out.
Actually, I only have a few comments where improvement could be made.
I have faxed the Power of Attorney for my wife to handle my relationship with you. I was unable to get a confirmation that it was received other than to say it was not on the account and that we should wait a week.As we are going thru an emergency due to 6 applications for credit cards that a fraudulent...that was disappointing.
My wife has to stand next to me and answer questions that your agent asks because I am not dealing with this problem or deciding on our relationship with you.
Just recently you caught a mistake I made accidently.
