It was so reasurring to get the call from LifeLock that my identity had been breached. They found out and notified me before a charge was ever made on the credit card and proactively arranged to have the credit card co. do a conference call with LifeLock co-ordinating it all and setting a time convenient for me. Now, they will clear all 3 credit bureaus. Thank you LifeLock!

Their computer kept sending me messages that it was unable to access one of my protected accounts. The CSR suggested that the bank may have changed their access security, or their could have been a data breach attempt. Checked with bank, there were unauthorized access attempts, so they tightened their security. LL then advise how to remove the account from the "vault." LL folk helpful and friendly as always .
