I have never been so extremely happy to have a company such as this protecting my best interest. After experiencing bank card Identity theft, Social Security cards both of mines and my husband compromised, cell phone account compromised by an employee working for a very prominent cell phone provider in my husbands life time. After he passed away I made it a sincere obligation to have this done. I found the immediate attention given when I purchased a new car by myself after my husband passed away, and other inquiries when they wanted to know if this was me, how comforting it made me feel. I got texts messages and emails immediately. I would also like to say everyone of your customer service representatives are extremely kind, very knowledgeable and professional they made me want to work for Life Lock. Although I'm retired but I would come out of retirement to work for Life Lock part time. I'm a former insurance agent and I used to tell my clients it's better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it. I've only been a member of LifeLock for two days, but the two representative I was communicating with were very helpful and the questions that they asked me helped them to guide me in the right direction. Chris is the one I started with and lost because I hit a wrong button and Jessica took over the communicating when I got back to where I had been before the goof on my part. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful.
