I joined via the web and did the setup that way as well. I had trouble connecting to my bank and my help request wasn't acknowledged immediately. I call the help number and was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness of the agent. Meanwhile my electronic help request was acknowledged as well. I signed up to LifeLock two days after I discovered someone was compromising my retail credit accounts. Even so, the online immediate access to my credit repost allowed me to immediately see what and where the identity thieves had made attempts. This allowed me to be proactive and contact those companies while it was in the application stage and to stop cards being issued. As we shut them down, they continued to make attempts and I was immediately contacted by LifeLock and they did the leg work. That was so much better!
