After being a victim of identity theft twice, I started to use LifeLock. I've been using this service since Sept. 2014. I believe it is always better to have some kind of protection. I have been pleased with their service. Most of all I have peace of mind knowing I can call and speak to a representative when I am worried about something. So far so good.

I have felt very safe since I became a member of LifeLock. I would really like to have a representative and a phone number to call to reach that representativive when I feel that something that is not right is going on. I have been receiving phone calls from a person who says the IRS is suing me and I needed to give them my account numbers. I immediately hung up and I do not have caller ID. Any advice??
