In the simplest terms, Life Lock has been exceptionally PROACTIVE, down to the smallest detail. They detected that there had been a change in 'checks' at four minutes past midnight and when I called the bank in the morning, they identified this as delivery of newly ordered checks on my behalf. We have LifeLock because we do not want to have to worry about our identities being stolen and accounts opened in our names and our credit ruined. Since we got LifeLock we have had no problems and they alert us on everything that concerns us and our credit and identities. It is so easy to get the information needed to open accounts and ruin your credit and steal your identity. I have had my computer broken into several times now and that is all it takes as they can get into your accounts to view your important information to steal your identity. Lifelock also updates on crime and criminals in our area too, so we know who is living in our neighborhood and where they live. We have felt more secure since we got Lifelock and it is a big weight off our shoulders knowing we were secure in not having our identities or credit ruined or stolen since they monitor your identities and information all the time. Also, my information was stolen from my medical carrier, that was another reason we got LifeLock. I am assuming my information will be used some way to either open an account or steal my identity sometime in the future, and, if LifeLock can stop or prevent it from happening, all the better. It might be too late by the time I apply for credit or realize it has been used, and a mess to get it cleaned up and get my identity back.
