Five years ago after my husband died I went to H&R Block to file taxes. When I got a notice from H&R Block that my taxes had already been filed I got pretty upset . I've been extremely happy with the Lifelock services. I upgraded to the Ultimate when I found myself receiving emails from my banks (Band of America, Wells Fargo, etc) that turned out to be bogus emails. I knew no banks sent emails like that with a link to go to their website. So I called and my concerns were confirmed.
