American Express contacted me about charges to my account from Australia and England. These were invalid so my card was cancelled and a new one issued. I have no idea how this happened. I never let my cars out of my sight. I do not use them in restaurants or any where it would be out of my sight. I am the only person on this account. Other wise I have had no problems.

LIFELOCK is surely true to their word! It something's not right with my Identification, or credit, they notify me right away and send out alerts if there's a breach in any company that I'm associated with. So far I haven't had any problems and I'm a very happy about it!!

My ID was stolen when a foreign country (Red China) hacked my employer's HR servers. My employer gave me a year of Experion but its services and report pales in comparison to Lifelock. Lifelock made it easy to sign up. It's easy to read their alerts and warnings, and I find I can feel at ease having them looking out for me. Great product, Great customer service!

I have been very happy with this service and it gives me peace of mind should anything ever happen . . so far I have been lucky but I have friends and relatives that have not had good luck . . it is very difficult to restore your identity on your own and feel so much better that should I need it I have someone helping me . . it is worth the money for the protection and updates that you will get.

I and my husband have been members for a while. We joined because of all the hacking that was being done, not only on your banking accounts, personal ID, but also on your mortgage company. Our mortgage company was hacked about 6 years ago. We were okay but a good friend and co-worker wasn't. He had a horrible time getting his ID and credit straightened out.
