Last month my primary credit card was frozen due to a fradulant use. You new nothing about it until you tried to charge my monthly fee, then you only told me to call a number to correct my credit card information

I just think its nuts I have to call everytime I make any changes to my account. I should be able to make selections online. I dont want to be upsold everytime I try to make an account change.
