While using LifeLock my credit card was hacked. I was not notified by LifeLock. But luckily the credit card company caught it. Had to get a new credit card number and when my LifeLock came up for Renewal I had not changed the credit card number and they cancelled my service without notifying me that my credit card number on file was not good. When I caught onto it they wouldn't let me have the program I was on. Without paying a lot more money.

2. You lower your perceived quality of service by giving away a strip-cut paper shredder. Most prudent people know that the cross-cut shredder is the preferred method of destroying sensitive documents.

On Feb. 13,2016 I was notified by Jupiter Support that I had a worm problem and that there might be a problem. So I took the steps of notifying Experian, TransUnion and Equifax to put a 90 day Initial Alert on my accounts. Never heard from LifeLock.
