Annoying emails

I'm really tired of these ridiculous emails saying how you protected my identity because there was never any threat to it. That's an abuse of the meanings of English words. One email of that sort would have been bad enough. But no, you have to constantly remind me how well you protected me. It's like if I hired a body guard and no one ever threatens me and he then brags about how well he protected me. You can only claim you protected me if something happens regarding my identity and you do something about it. This makes me not trust any of your claims.

you write me to tell me there were no fraudulent changes to any of my account. however, AMEX reported 2 fraudulent charges, one the purchase of gasoline in Massachusetts and the other the purchase of an airline ticket on Kenya airlines. both charges occurred while I was aboard a RCCL Navigator of the Seas cruise in the Caribbean. it resulted in me having to get a new AmEx card.

So far your not making a good impression from us as a new member. I have called back and forth to HR (Bconnect)and Life lock(to you) to add my dependent(husband name on it) and nobody can take care of it. How can you protect our information if just registering my husband nobody can do it . We need some reassurance from you.

Had a credit card fraudulently opened in husbands name. Bank called us because my husband rarely uses a card & they saw a lot of activity over a day or so. We were able to close it quickly but called Lifelock for help to monitor our account. Was told they can't do anything unless we need legal help. Just notify the credit people like Experian etc. Then a week or so later I get a notification that no fraudulent activity was seen in past month. I beg to differ with them. So not sure what value they really are if they can't spot a new account opened& not notify us to make sure we opened it.

Heard from lifelock every time I made a sizable purchase for the first month or so, just as it's supposed to work. Then, I went through a large project at work and was using my cards on a regular basis, and even wrote a check for nearly 32k -- not a peep out of Lifelock. Not sure what I'm paying them for. Crickets ever since.

LOCKED OUT

After signing up, I've been locked out of login. Regardless my choice by the rules, the system refuses my password or reset. Further, the charges for serves are about double than agreed. When I called to talk to a rep about the problem, I was told that the computer system was down (indefinitely) and nothing could be done to solve the problem. That was almost 60 days ago. Since then, LifeLock has failed to return my call.

Lifelock doesn't carry my Bank and the registration process just shuts down after that so I can't get my credit cards registered. I am thoroughly frustrated!!!!!

Life lock is a joke. I keep getting emails telling me how safe I am yet in the last two months i have had my identity stolen twice and over 6000 dollars put on my credit card. I was notified by my credit card company so they are on top of it but these phony everything ok emails I get from LifeLock are very misleading as if I had listened to them I would not have caught the fraud on my account.

We are led to believe that LifeLock monitors your accounts as well as credit bureaus but that is not the case at all. A $100,00 charge on my account was never reported by Lifelock. One would think if they were watching one's account this would jump out. Really, it appears the only thing monitored is the credit bureau reports. You can get your reports for free and save the cost of Lifelock!

I have had LifeLock for years.. On 11/14/11 three days after purchase of my property there was a lien placed on the property. This was not discovered until refinancing January of 2015.. Had this been reported properly we could have handled this better. The lien has been placed by a radical group and this is detrimental in so many ways
