I do not hear anything from you people. I have had my bank card hacked two times, and lucky both were caught by the bank and by self, in the nick of time. The credit card was also compromised and the card issuer caught that and fixed the problem.

We are skeptical over its actual effectiveness... noticed it does NOT alert you with big ticket uses on Credit Cards or when cashing big checks. In fact, I get notices that it cannot access my bank information and when you call these people, they have no idea what you are talking about.
On the fence if we will stay with this product... we are monitoring it and not overly impressed.

I have no idea what I am getting for my membership fees. I have co-signed on a loan, changed my address for my bank accounts and several other activities. I heard NOTHING from LifeLock about this activity, although it was legitimate. My previous service at least notified me when these things occurred. The only thing I get from LifeLock is this sporadic e-mail that says I had no fraudulent activity - like the one this survey was attached to. I HOPE that you prove yourselves should an incident of fraud ever occur. But of course, I am hoping that never happens. I am just not impressed- sorry!

Service was good for about the first year. When it was renewed, the alerts became sporadic and for a period of time stopped altogether. I contacted Lifelock and they indicated the problem was with my bank. I emailed my bank and told them of the issue. Of course as most big banks are wont to do, they never got back to me. Alerts are sporadic again. I am receiving about 1 out of 10 that I should be alerted to. I guess the only satisfactory solution is to look for another Identity Protection Plan that can provide satisfactory service that assures you they are doing what they tell you they will dol

I suppose it works. I really have no proof. Trying to sign in and discuss anything or get any information is almost impossible as the security protocols are too stringent to simply communicate with staff.
