I obtained Lifelock last year after being hit 3 times, on 3 different cards. When Lifelock appeared I thought my troubles were over. Well It happened again in August. And I had to do all the front work. Lifelock eventually sent me the paperwork to finalize it. But If this happens again, I don't see any use for this company.

So far Im ok with the service they provide but sad that they have removed the credit report options for standard unless you upgrade. Other than that, it feels safer to have your back covered by Lifelock.

Called to know if email was spam on phone 25+ minutes to get answer. Represenitive repeated every thing two or three times, trying to verify my identity then had to do it all over again as had to have my husband's permission to talk to me. Had thick accent but could understand most of it well enough. I think he didn't understand English well. Did pronounce Saturn car as 'southern' had to have several words spelled. I accept having a non-native speaker but please have a better speaker . Also none of the people who answered my call or transferred me would LISTEN to me cut me off, demanded lots of info repeatedly never got around to email question until end of the call. I COULDN'T GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN IF I HAD AN IDENITY SO THINKING OF CANCELLING LIFE LOCK.
