Although overall I am pleased, the services are not what they are advertised to be. For instance, my financial institution cannot be monitored because it is not on Lifelocks list. This is a main item. I don't feel that there should be "levels" of service. Either provide it all or don't. If you must differentiate, then do so by volume of items monitored.

It took about a month for me to be notified from you that I changed my mailing address through the post office. It seems like that shouldn't take nearly that long if you guys are actually continuously monitoring my identity.

Not sure if Lifelock is working because I get very little feedback from this company and what my purchased services are doing...
If anything I get too many notifications for accurate purchases and monthly bill payments that I have to clear. Shouldn't it remember these?

I pay approximately $500/year for my family to be covered by LifeLock. It wasn't until I received notification of a new checking, savings account that was set up in my name with a debit card on its way, that I realized LifeLock does not catch it all. Apparently Discover does not "participate" with the company, which I did not know was an option, and therefore was able to bypass any alert from LifeLock at all. I actually called them. They did assist me in putting a complaint in and walked me through several phone calls, which was nice. But please be aware, this is not to be solely relied on for financial activity. Two large checks were cut from the checking account in my name, the checks were returned to me, and I even received a call from a collection agency. Clearly Discover needs to change how they do business to avoid money laundering.
