When I use the 360 virus/vpn it locks out the sites I need. When I called to resolve it I was put on hold numerous times, transferred and nothing got resolved. Most of the monitoring I can do myself. At this time, I don't expect to renew.

LifeLock may be okay. The issue is that I don't receive verification or notifications for any reason. I also have McAfee as a benchmark measurement of your service. They've already notified me of personal information on the Dark Web this week. I've heard nothing from LifeLock.
Also, the VPN support constantly drops which is frustrating AND my Antivirus software from a different vendor captures and removes hundreds of cookies. This is after I've run the Norton Anti-virus which makes me wonder if access is being sold without my knowledge or permission. Maybe I don't fully understand technology but I don't feel like Norton is proving itself to be the answer v

I am into my 2nd year as a subscriber and I'm still not convinced of the value for price paid. LifeLock at times seems ignorant of the fact I am even a subscriber with some of the offers I receive and that worries me. If they can't even tell I'm a member already how are they watching my identity?
