I have no idea what I'm getting for my money and I constantly get emails wanting me to upgrade because I don't have enough protection. Same situation with Lifelock— no clue what protection I have, but am constantly encouraged to upgrade!A poor situation indeed.

Fortunately< my family has never really needed the services of Lifelock, but dealing with them has become difficult - e.g. making changes, checking things etc
When the reps are seemingly all ESL and not located here, it makes it tough. Cannot recommend any more - better options out there.

I have traditionally traveled a lot and irregularity, so I considered their services to be a potential value. However, over the last several years, while I have been a Life-lock member, I have purchased a vehicle (with financing), and opened bank accounts (with credit cards), with no feedback or inquiries from Life-lock. Therefore I have concluded that I don't know what they are doing, and may terminate my relationship with them...
