We are relatively new to LiveLock but only three stars given the amount of marketing we constantly have received since signing up to increase our coverage and add elements. We opted for the moderate package, so it's not an inexpensive plan. I would like to see more substantive reporting. The marketing blitz makes one want to cancel our subscription. Read More Read Less

Lifelock works well, BUT..... Norton, when selling antivirus products overcharged me and my companies thousands of dollars, which were never refunded. Hiding in India was a great way to overcharge thousands of individuals and companies with no repercussions. Read More Read Less

LifeLock may be good for those who have devices supported. But for us that use Apple computers, we are charged the same price though we can not use all the features provided. This will be my last year with the service. Read More Read Less

I received a notice that one of my bank accounts was no longer linked to Lifelock. So I looked at both my bank and my Lifelock accounts. I couldn't see anything wrong so I called the bank. A woman there told me that Lifelock was no longer affiliated with that bank. So I looked at my Lifelock account again and there was an account for me with that bank there. I am confused. Soooo, I just now went into Lifelock and taaa daaah and I was FINALLY able to reconnect one account I have with with the Bank in my Lifelock account. It wouldn't let me reconnect the other 2 accounts. Guess I have to do them later. Also, I have a question. I am a member of both Lifelock and Norton. Have been a Norton subscriber for years. Will it cost more to combine them into one account ? Or do I have better coverage keeping them separate? Read More Read Less

I purchased Lifelock via Norton, but I can NOT sign in either via Norton, nor via the Lifelock sign in, so why should I continue being a "member" of something I am not able to see. Read More Read Less

you sent a text alert at 0300 hrs for an account opening 18 hours earlier. you could have waited two hours. I would have ignored the alert except that my wife is traveling overseas. I enabled text alerts thinking the alerts would be valuable-- NOT Read More Read Less

Recently someone has stolen my husband's identity and I believe mine as well. At first I was notified of the activity in my husband's name and it stated the person was trying to open an account with sprint. When he called in, he was told he couldn't talk with customer service because the account is in my name (because it is through my work...it was his social that the incident was related to). So, I called in. I worked with a very helpful associate; however, the information he had and the information I had did not match up. The information I had said Sprint, the information he had said AT&T. Because we had tried to get an account with AT&T around that time, I said it was ok to mark it resolved. A couple of days later we got notice in the mail from Sprint that he could not open an account because his identity hadn't been verified (so, sprint was an issue...but it seems you took care of that anyway :) ). Last week we received two iphones in the mail from AT&T who had set them up by a person calling in with my husband's name and social and our former address (which is vacant right now; so, someone is having things shipped there and going to pick them up). When I called to alert lifelock, I was told that I couldn't because the issue was with my husband. When he called in, he was basically told to do all of the work to get it taken care of on his own.So, I'm not exactly sure what Lifelock has done in this case as we have had zero follow up from you (and we have also had zero follow up regarding my account) Read More Read Less
