As a victim of identity fraud I needed assistance and initial call I was told not to worry I'm covered by LifeLock's million dollars. I was upset and very concerned and needed some guidance I was able to talk to do mine in the alerts area and that was much better however I expected more from the company

Being honest and also trying to be helpful, I offer these perceived values. I am not sure what I am actually receiving from the LifeLock protection. I monitor my bank and credit card accounts. I don't recall if I have ever received and overall update on my protection or even what accounts have been given protection. I have an automatic credit card charge, but is it honestly justified if I review it? I think you get the picture of my sentiment. More complete communication would be helpful and appreciated.

The product seems to do its job, but I had a difficult time trying to get an answer to a question on a discount for AAA membership. Each person wanted to refer me elsewhere, no one wanted to own the problem / question and solve it.

I recently purchased a new 2022 vehicle and I didn't receive anything from LifeLock when they were processing my loan. I thought LifeLock monitored new loan applications to prevent fraud.
