I have felt very comfortable using Lifelock. It was recommended by someone I trusted at my bank. However, I do wish that I received e-mails more often telling me that everything is OK. I am not sure how long I have been a member but will continue to be one.

Over the past couple of years I have applied for a car loan through a car dealership and a visa card (capital one) neither one triggered an alert which is concerning. I travel for work and wanted the extra security of my information. I am currently having problems with their website and getting very prompt responses, so that is impressive. So far I haven't had to use the service, which is perfectly OK with me!
