My very first experience of being alerted about my identity being used by someone else after subscribing for over five years...
The phone process seemed quite good and professional, (with promises to insure I'm not responsible) from LifeLock and the creditor (Verizon) involved...
We'll see how this all plays out after a reasonable period...hopefully it'll be a good experience and not a nightmare!
