Recently my VISA was compromised with several purchases, some were large, Fortunately Chase notified me that they saw some suspicious transactions and wanted to know if the purchases were mine. (They were not). I immediately cancelled the card. Is this something that Life Lock should have been aware of???

Our son Jonathan, recently had his identity stolen. A jerk has been going about the country trying to open credit cards, and has been successful. This jerk, somehow obtained our son's SS#,Drivers License,and other personal information. According to our son, when he contacted LifeLock, and explained the situation, they told him there was not much they can do for him. I thought that the whole idea of The LifeLock concept, was to protect people from such unconscionable people. Please help my son! You can email us for more information. This jerk is dangerous to our society!
