We have been a member since at least one year, and cancelled the service this week. You should have our email cancellation. The services are very good. However to charge a couple, married and living in the same house, 2 individual membership fees is simply unaffordable for retirees. My husband is on all of my credit cards, all legal papers, investments, house, car etc. The only separate items we have are driver's licenses, passports and social security checks. The first year membership was far from what you charged now. Did something go wrong? Did I miss something. Please explain, and a lower fee for married couples (seniors) would be highly welcomed. Like I stated, there is nothing wrong with your services you offer, but we live on a restricted income and cannot afford a one time high fee. A $ 15.00 per single household and 20.00 per 2 people household per month, would seem more reasonable. Please consider an adjustment for seniors. Thank you.

I feel more at ease for having Lifelock services. I realize that life these days does not give a 100% on guaranteed security but with Lifelock I feel like someone is watching out for my security. Thank you and it is nice to know you are there monitoring my any new accounts and current monetary information.
An example: I recently took out a credit card with a company to obtain savings on indoor shutters. That day I received information from LifeLock to verify that I in fact obtained that card. That was comforting that you were immediately aware that a new account had been opened.
