We've had one potential problem with identity theft. Lifelock handled it quickly and professionally. They were extremely helpful through the entire process.
However, I'm not sure sometimes when we get notices and sometimes we don't get a notice of purchases.

I never recommend anything or anybody to anyone so my survey answer means I Highly appreciate what you do for me. Probably would not recommend unless specifically asked for a recomendation or advise about ID theft. Then I woul feel very comfortable about what happened to me and what you did.
