I was pleased to have been alerted as to the problem and it turned out to be not much of a concern. I have already recommended it to some friends. I am not really sure how long we have been members because my husband did this and he isn't home right now to ask so my answers are a guess. I got an email a few days ago from Life Lock asking if I applied for credit with Pay Pal. I did not! Today I got a call from Elisa at Life Lock and together we called Pay Pal...after a very long time, it was discovered that someone I don't know applied for a Pro Account using my credentials. So far no charges were made against my account and we were able to close the Pro account that I did not open or authorize. When I called Pay Pal after receiving the first notice from Life Lock they claimed they knew nothing, saw nothing and essentially blew me off. THANK GOD Life Lock had my back!

I haven't been in LifeLock very long, and so far, no problems have come up, so all I can say is, it sure feels good to be safe! A service like this is something that makes living in today's computer age easier.
