One of those things you don't like to get, but comforting to Know Life Lock has you covered. The alert from Life Lock notified me that someone was attempting to open a credit card account in my name. Life Lock followed up with the bank, initiated the call and I was able to confirm with the bank that I had not applied for a credit card. Also got good advice from Life Lock concerning contacting the credit agencies. Cold not ask for better service.

I've been a LifeLock member for several years but have only recently been the victim of ID theft. LifeLock has been excellent in catching this and walking me through the steps for contesting attempts to open erroneous accounts. They have literally spent hours of time on the phone with me, acting as my advocate. Every LifeLock representative has been competent, efficient and pleasant. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of service and I do not know what I would have done without LifeLock. It has been a financial life saver.

I believe the services rendered by LifeLock are excellent! I wish I would have signed up many years ago. For example, there was a credit application by someone unknown in another state than my own they caught and an email was sent immediately asking if it was me. I would highly recommend getting LifeLock!

Once I figured out that I had to go down the menu on the left and fill in information on each menu item, it was fairly easy. Once I missed marking a box to say I didn't have another address. So it took me a while to get the information from 95% to 100% complete.
It is essential to fill in this information or paying for the service doesn't accomplish anything.
