I received an Alert that there was a credit card application from some one and that the the Social Security number an date of birth matched mine. In addition an alert that a credit inquiry had b en made by the bank that would issue the credit card. I had not made any credit card application.
LifeLock arranged a call to the bank and the credit bureaus to correct issues. A relief to have received the timely Alerts and the support and experience of LifeLock for a speedy and
knowledgeable response.

My identity continues to be used by someone that obtained my social security #, name and date of birth. This has happened about 7 times over the past 4 years. They have obtained pay day loans, free cable TV, free cell phone service and home phone service all in my name. LifeLock notified me of these each time and helped resolve the problem with the companies involved and with the credit bureaus. It is all a pain to handle, but much easier with LifeLock. Glad to have them on my side!
