I renewed a credit card at a store. The clerk transposed the number and it had to be done over. By the time I got home (approx 1 hour) Lifelock e-mailed and wanted me to know therre had been some activity. I called Lifelock and explained what happened. I am not sure which plan i have so i just put standard. I had a higher plan for a while and one time they accidentally took out two payments in one month and i didn't remember that i was being charged one time a year so the payments were both high and i called and got put on a lower plan and have it only taken one time a month so it isn't so much at one time. I can't remember how long i have been a member so i just put 2 years. it could be longer.
