I am not a technically proficient computer user. Just do the basics. The threats to computer use are numerous, and left to my own devices I would not be able to secure my computer from
them. That I can have the feeling of being secure is really meaningful. That it is updated, and
that I get a report on activity, or lack of attacks, is really great. It is comforting to be protected

I renewed a credit card at a store. The clerk transposed the number and it had to be done over. By the time I got home (approx 1 hour) Lifelock e-mailed and wanted me to know therre had been some activity. I called Lifelock and explained what happened.
