I was alerted by email regarding an inquiry about my credit. I spoke to an agent who set up a plan to investigate the situation. That was done and another agent was able to fill me in on the details.
Only issue was long wait times on the phone -- however by knowing wait time, I was able to call at a less busy period.
The agents were efficient, knew what they were doing, and courteous.
