Back in 2010, a Company I worked for ( Now Retired from ) that was buying out another Company had some thousand or so Personnel File's compromised with their Employee's Personal information leaked out.
The major company who was doing the buy out immediately contacted LifeLock and had ALL involved covered by the LifeLock Security Program, for the next 10 years. I'm not sure what will happen after the 10 year coverage is up, but will deal with that when the time comes. For now, I'm completely satisfied with LifeLock and feel all my Personal information is in good hands and Safe.

LifeLock notified us that there was a problem with processing our monthly fees through auto payment with our credit card. We quickly realized that we have not updated our credit card info with LifeLock after receiving new cards. We update our information and the issue should be resolved.

Someone hacked my Verizon account changed the plan, added another line and I thought Lifelock owed me an alert. On reflection I realize the fault lies with Verizon for letting someone into my account, there would have been no way for this to be noticed.
